TERMS OF PROGRAM
NT Transport Ltd agrees vehicles that meet the following criteria will be bought backfrom the private party/company under the Buy-Back Guarantee Program:

THE POLICY COVERS

Refund will only include the purchase price of the vehicle, not to exceed the purchase price of the vehicle as calculated on the purchase date.

Any fees including but not limited to buy fees, transportation, payment processing fees, taxes, or reconditioning fees are not reimbursable

INELIGIBLE VEHICLES

Vehicles sold “As Is”

Vehicles with duplicate V5 Log Book

Vehicles with more than 10 Owners

Vehicles with mileage in excess of 350,000 miles

Vehicles with sales prices greater than £150,000.00

Vehicles in excess of 12,000 lbs GVW

Specialty inventory including but not limited to damaged vehicles, off road vehicles, ATVs, buses, equipment, forklifts, heavy duty trucks, marine, medium duty trucks, power sports and snowmobiles.

BUY-BACK TERMS
By purchasing buy-back guarantee on a vehicle, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions:

The request for buy back must be initiated by the buyer by emailing us by the after 5th calendar the arrival day date.

Buyer must not have transferred or sold the vehicle to a third person or entity at any time after the Online purchase date.

It will take approximately 5 days to confirm vehicle eligibility for buy back. A third party inspection will be ordered and reviewed by the guarantor to validate the condition versus the vehicle details at time of online purchase. Conditions for eligibility of buy back include:

Vehicle must not have more than 300 additional miles on the odometer than at online purchase date.

Vehicle condition must be the same as indicated on Vehicle Details Page at the time of purchase.

Once buy back is approved, the buyer will be notified and refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Vehicle will remain at buyer’s address after being repurchased under the buy-back guarantee program until the vehicle is picked up by an agent (a period of maximum5 days after the buyer's receipt of refund), and the buyer must support the re-marketing process as necessary, including granting inspection access, providing photographs, facilitating vehicle pickup.

The buyer is responsible for damage or loss of the vehicle after it has been repurchased until it is picked up from his address.

NT Transport Ltd reserves the right to limit the number of vehicles for which any buyer may benefit the buy-back policy.

How it Works?

We take part at the selling process as a Seller and by offering our delivery services.
We are not just a Seller and transport company, we have the infrastructure to conduct authorized pre-buy inspection on all types of vehicles.

1 - The Buyer provides us all the requested information in order for us to issue the Sale agreement.

2 - The Buyer and we, as Seller agree to terms and conditions, and sign the Sale agreement.
We, NT Transport Ltd verifies all the information and issue the Invoice to the Buyer.

3 - The Buyer submit the payment to NT Transport Ltd in order for us to start the delivery process.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The payment must be submitted within 48 hours to NT Transport Ltd using bank-to-bank wire transfer service.
The funds will be held in NT Transport Ltd bank account until the transaction is either completed or canceled.
No funds from this transaction will be used or transferred from the NT Transport Ltd account until the Buyer accepts the vehicle.

4 - The Buyer receive the vehicle in 3-5 business days.
The vehicle is received by the Buyer and the 5 day inspection period begins.
During the inspection period, the Buyer can verify the vehicle, the original documents and test drive the vehicle.
The Buyer takes his final decision after the 5 day inspection period:
- If the Buyer decides to purchase the vehicle, NT Transport Ltd will register the vehicle under the Buyer's name.
- If the Buyer decides to not purchase the vehicle, the funds will be refunded to the Buyer and the vehicle will be shipped back on Sellers expense.
